Lead Trade Customization projects at Kenvue in Toronto, using project management and supply chain expertise within a hybrid work model. As Trade Customization Project Lead, you will guide innovative solutions from design through governance for Kenvue’s portfolio. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, you will identify process improvements, manage key metrics, and maintain supplier relationships. Your work connects brands, commercial teams, suppliers, Sales, Marketing, and QA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Trade Customization projects from design through governance
- Deliver Unit Fill Rate, inventory, profit, and CIP metrics
- Align supplier designs with brand strategies and QA compliance
- Support promotional strategies and Trade Promotions programs
- Transition approved projects to planning teams for execution
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree
- Five to seven years’ related project or supply chain experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Knowledge of customers, retail environments, and product promotions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
