McMan Calgary is seeking a part-time Case Manager for Hope Heights to provide light-touch case management and help create connections that reduce isolation and support long-term stability for residents. You will coordinate referrals, support digital literacy and life-skills, and plan Indigenous cultural activities with the Reconciliation Lead.
You will also assist with tenant stability, move-in/move-out processes, and maintain accurate documentation in line with program standards.
