Produce business videos at McKinsey using advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills, from initial ideas through final delivery for global audiences. As a video producer within McKinsey’s Reach & Engagement multimedia team, you will create videos and podcasts across every production stage. You will research topics, develop scripts, run recordings, edit long-form content, and deliver social formats. The work serves a global business audience and involves senior experts and executives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop topics, storylines, scripts, questions, and talking points Run studio and remote recording sessions Edit videos, podcasts, Shorts, clips, and vertical formats Add graphics, captions, motion elements, and visual assets Manage approvals, deadlines, delivery, and performance improvements Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Seven-plus years producing video across all stages Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro and working After Effects knowledge Studio, remote recording, camera, lighting, and audio experience Strong editorial judgment, business literacy, and project management Bring video production, editorial judgment, and gen AI experience to McKinsey’s multimedia team serving global business audiences.
