As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, RAIB, you will develop, evaluate, govern, and operationalize machine learning and Generative AI solutions. The work combines ML engineering with AI risk management, model explainability, safety evaluation, and production deployment. You will partner across engineering, product, security, and governance teams. Key Responsibilities:
Design, test, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions Review models for quality, performance, and risk compliance Establish evaluation frameworks for predictive models and LLM applications Conduct fairness, bias, and disparate impact assessments Implement monitoring, drift detection, observability, and AI risk controls Requirements:
Seven or more years supporting production machine learning solutions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience Python, CI/CD, and CLI or scripting tool experience PyTorch, scikit-learn, and production ML pipeline experience Cloud infrastructure experience with Azure or AWS programmatically Apply senior AI engineering expertise across responsible AI, model governance, explainability, and production machine learning at McKesson.
