As Operations Manager, Patient Support Programs, you will direct daily performance across a portfolio of programs. Lead three to five supervisors, strengthen service delivery, and support patients and healthcare providers. Your work connects operational decisions with contractual KPIs, SLAs, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily operations against KPIs, SLAs, quality, and service commitments Analyze queues, productivity, quality, workforce data, and operational risks Convert insights into workflow and service improvement action plans Coach supervisors on expectations, performance gaps, and team effectiveness Maintain procedures, training records, documentation, audits, and corrective actions Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience Six or more years of professional experience Zero to two years of supervisory experience Healthcare operations or patient support program experience Experience using operational metrics for decisions and improvements Bring healthcare operations leadership, supervisor coaching, and data-driven improvement skills to McKesson’s patient support programs.
