Lead cross-platform HCM delivery at McKesson, coordinating technical execution, integrations, dependencies, and production readiness across enterprise technology teams. This Technical Delivery Lead provides end-to-end leadership across McKesson’s HCM technology portfolio. You will translate approved architecture into executable delivery approaches while partnering with HCM Architects, Solution Managers, vendors, and portfolio leadership. The work spans Workday, ADP Workforce Management, Payroll, Total Rewards, identity and access management, ServiceNow, integrations, and downstream applications. Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex HCM initiatives across platforms, integrations, vendors, and teams Establish workstreams, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria Standardize engineering practices, work tracking, intake, and portfolio reporting Assess cross-platform release readiness and technical go/no-go recommendations Coordinate significant incidents and drive cross-platform technical remediation Requirements:
Technical leadership across complex, cross-platform HCM initiatives Experience coordinating architects, Solution Managers, vendors, and enterprise teams Ability to assess feasibility, complexity, risk, and delivery readiness Knowledge of testing, deployment, rollback, recovery, monitoring, and support Capability to identify integration, engineering, architecture, and operational issues Apply technical delivery leadership across McKesson’s HCM platforms, integrations, engineering practices, releases, incidents, and governance.
