As a Casual Research Assistant 1, you will support researchers with academic and clinical literature searches. You will gather quantitative and qualitative data through surveys or interviews, following ethical protocols. The work also includes organizing information and preparing research materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search, collect, and summarize relevant academic or clinical literature
- Conduct surveys or interviews using ethical protocols
- Enter, clean, code, and organize research data
- Assist with statistical tests and thematic analysis under supervision
- Draft papers, abstracts, presentations, or posters
Requirements:
- Knowledge in a related field
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
- English proficiency assessed at level four
- Ability to document procedures, protocols, and research results
- Availability for 20 part-time hours weekly
