Experience: 5 years of combined experience in landscaping and supervising workers

Additional Requirements: Must be able and willing to obtain a driver's license before commencing employment. Must provide a clean driving record.
Duties:
- Organize, plan, and supervise daily job site activities for a crew, ensuring projects meet design specifications and timelines.
- Perform and oversee installation of hardscape (patios, walls) and softscape (sod, trees, shrubs, lighting).
- Train, motivate, and supervise crew members; handle daily documentation, including timesheets, site reports, and safety paperwork between the company's management and the workers.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and enforce strict Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) policies.
- Contribute to the farm's overall success and reputation.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- May be required to safely operate and maintain machinery, such as loaders, excavators, and dump trucks with trailers.
- Winter duties include snow removal, pruning, maintenance, and shop work.
