Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts for compliance with credit policies
- Review aging lists and credit warning reports
- Investigate past due accounts, budgets, and Non-Sufficient Funds
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
- Resolve inquiries and manage incoming calls
Requirements:
- Ideally three years' credit or accounts receivable experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Accuracy handling large volumes of data
- Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
