The work includes account reconciliations, electronic payments, vendor setup, and discrepancy resolution. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion support the company's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile company bank accounts against the general ledger
- Review banking information for fraud prevention
- Coordinate electronic payment setup and execution
- Resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams
- Assist with vendor setup and external audit requests
Requirements:
- Accounting, Business, or related college diploma or degree
- Three to five years reconciling high-volume account transactions
- High accuracy when handling large volumes of data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
