Key Responsibilities:
- Assist engineers and managers with asset management projects
- Perform site reviews and field investigations
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Prepare quantity takeoffs, estimates, budgets, and cash flows
- Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Requirements:
- Three to four years of building science experience
- Project management experience in construction-related work
- Eligibility for AScT, EIT, or P.Eng. registration
