Design bilingual learning programs with McCarthy Tétrault using instructional design and facilitation skills from any Canadian office. Support employees nationwide in English and French. This Bilingual Learning and Development Trainer and Instructional Designer joins a national Learning and Development team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, managers, Operations Leads, and subject matter experts. Your work will span adult learning, curriculum design, training delivery, and learning technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface firm-wide and local training needs with stakeholders
- Develop curriculum, facilitator guides, e-learning, videos, and assessments
- Deliver workshops and training programs in English and French
- Coordinate classes, schedules, participants, and learning documentation
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum five years in learning and development or instructional design
- Knowledge of adult education theories and practices
- Experience developing in-person, virtual, and online courses
- Excellent oral communication in English and French
- Experience with LMS, virtual classroom, and authoring tools
