Notary – Real Property and Planning (10 Years +)
McCarthy Tétrault is seeking a notary to join its Real Property and Planning Group in Montréal. The group is ranked Band 1 by Chambers Canada 2027.
The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate transactions and complex title examination, including in the energy, mining and/or infrastructure industries.
The candidate must have a superior academic and professional record and be able to communicate effectively in English and French, both orally and in writing.
McCarthy Tétrault is a national top-tier firm with numerous offices outside Quebec (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, New York, London and Santiago). Our professionals are frequently called upon to work with lawyers and professionals from all of our offices across Canada and internationally, where English is the predominant language.
