McCarthy Tétrault LLP is seeking a bilingual Learning & Development Trainer/Instructional Designer to design, deliver and evaluate training across the firm. The role focuses on creating curricula for in-person, virtual and online delivery and translating materials between English and French.
You will lead onboarding, mentorship programs and learning projects, leveraging Workday Learning and collaboration with LSS teams to enable lawyers and staff to perform today and adapt to evolving processes.
