As Director, Data Platform Governance, you will lead governance within McCain's Data & Analytics organization and Digital Technology. You will establish standards, controls, metadata, lineage, data quality, cataloging, and certified data consumption practices. The work supports enterprise transformation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled decision-making across McCain's global ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead governance strategy and operating practices for the Enterprise Data Platform
- Maintain metadata, lineage, catalog, traceability, and data product governance
- Guide SAP MDG, SimpleMDG, quality, automation, bots, and AI-enabled services
- Integrate governance platforms across SAP, applications, analytics, and consumption layers
- Drive lifecycle, retention, compliance, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, supply chain, or related discipline
- 12+ years in data management, platforms, master data, or information management
- 5+ years leading data platform, MDM, or enterprise data organizations
- Strong SAP master data and enterprise business process expertise
- Hands-on SAP MDG or SimpleMDG implementation and operating experience
