As Finance Administrator, you will report to the VP, Finance and support daily departmental administration. The work centers on data entry, records, spreadsheets, databases, electronic filing, and document management. You will also support accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry accurately and maintain current information
- Update records, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic filing systems
- Review documents for completeness, missing information, and discrepancies
- Organize and file invoices, reports, and other documents
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and documents as needed
Requirements:
- Administrative, data entry, or office support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail when handling large data volumes
- Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and repetitive tasks
- Confidential information handled with discretion and professionalism
