Lead industrial maintenance for Mauser Packaging Solutions, overseeing equipment reliability, facility infrastructure, and production support. Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The Maintenance Manager oversees industrial equipment, including injection molding machines, auxiliary and printing equipment. This leader manages chillers, compressors, HVAC, packers, strappers, material handling equipment, and outside grounds.
Responsibilities include:
- Address breakdowns and coordinate component availability, resources, and communications
- Manage preventive maintenance performance, schedules, work orders, and recovery plans
- Maintain CMMS records, maintenance history, and spare parts information
- Supervise, schedule, evaluate, and train shift personnel
- Manage maintenance, capital spending, safety initiatives, and improvement projects
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management
- 10+ years in automation, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, or injection molding
- Leadership experience managing operations, maintenance, engineering, or improvement teams
- Flexible hours and periodic 24-hour availability
