As Associate Manager, Retail Franchise Activations, you will support Canadian mass retail programs across Mattel's Consumer Products business. The position partners with Commercial Sales, Retail Marketing, Licensing, and Category Management. You will translate retail strategies, develop brand presentations, and execute programs across Canada's retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate retail programs and strategies for the Canadian market
- Develop brand pitch materials and Entertainment Council presentations
- Lead cross-category buyer meetings with commercial partners
- Share retail updates and program opportunities with stakeholders
- Coordinate Consumer Products integrations in sales presentations and trade events
Requirements:
- Five or more years in retail marketing, licensing, or account management
- Experience supporting major Canadian retail accounts ideally
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation building
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, entertainment, merchandising, or business is a plus
