The position supports timely administration of purchase and sale agreements and closing transactions, reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Process and Administration. Core work includes agreement review, FINTRAC auditing, Tarion processing, and communication with purchasers, lawyers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review agreements, amendments, pricing, dates, clauses, and schedules
- Audit deals for FINTRAC compliance
- Create HST rebates, adjustments, and Tarion documents
- Balance closing ledgers and determine credits or debits
- Coordinate inquiries, reporting, banking, and closing notifications
Requirements:
- College diploma, preferably Office or Business Administration
- Two or more years in high-volume administration
- Professional communication and letter-writing skills
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Knowledge of accounting, real estate, Tarion, and JD Edwards
