What we offer: We are seeking a highly analytical, commercially minded professional who combines strong cost modeling capability with hands-on operational experience. This dynamic role sits at the intersection of Finance, Procurement, Operations, Estimating, and Data Management, turning detailed cost and performance data into clear business decisions. The successful candidate will build decision-ready cost models, analyze market and recent award trends, track departmental performance, support go-to-sale direct cost budget reviews, lead cross-functional projects, and improve the processes used to capture, manage, and report data. Ideal candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, including operational finance, estimating and cost modelling, operations consulting, or engineering with a focus on value engineering.
What you’ll do: Cost modeling: Develop, maintain, and govern granular zero-based cost models across multiple product categories, using itemized build-ups for materials, labour, equipment.
