Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination at Mattamy Homes in Mississauga, with four office days weekly and hybrid work. Apply Revit and Forma expertise. As Design Manager, internally Design Coordination Lead, you will support Mattamy Homes’ Product Development Team. This full-time permanent position reports to the Director, Architecture and connects design, engineering, BIM, and manufacturing. You will coordinate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical models while resolving technical issues before downstream impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection across project models
- Assess clashes and determine appropriate technical resolution paths
- Establish ownership of coordination issues and required changes
- Facilitate technical meetings and document decisions, responsibilities, and follow-up
- Drive model and documentation updates through resolution
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years of relevant experience leading complex projects
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and complex stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of structures, systems, codes, and standards
- Strong proficiency with Revit and Forma
- Bring technical judgment, BIM coordination leadership, and Revit and Forma proficiency to Mattamy’s Mississauga Product Development Team.
