MATRIX is seeking Camp Maintenance Technicians for rotational, fly-in/fly-out work at a fully remote camp in Bathurst Inlet, Nunavut. These technicians will ensure camp facilities operate smoothly by performing hands-on maintenance, coordinating repairs, and supporting trades teams. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, organized, and ready to respond quickly to emergencies and daily system checks.

What You'll Need
- Level 1 First Aid (or equivalent) — 2-day course required
- Valid Driver's License
- Facilities Maintenance certificate or equivalent (highly desired)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely and work in a physically demanding role
- Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Office 365
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help your team succeed
- Criminal record check and pre-access drug & alcohol testing required
