Matchtech seeks an Engineering Manager in Lévis to lead the design, development, integration and testing of Canada’s Program Icebreakers. Based in Lévis, you will guide a team of engineers and technical specialists, serving as the primary technical link between internal and external stakeholders while driving continuous improvement across a landmark national shipbuilding programme. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure compliance with CMS and applicable laws, and work with suppliers.
