This full-time Creative Strategist role supports multiple eCommerce accounts within a performance marketing agency. You will develop data-backed hypotheses, structure experiments, and translate performance metrics into clear creative direction. Collaboration includes creators, editors, designers, and account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative strategy for three to five eCommerce brands
- Plan structured tests across Meta, TikTok, and paid social
- Write actionable briefs covering hooks through calls to action
- Review metrics to identify winning angles and patterns
- Connect creative insights with campaign KPIs and reporting
Requirements:
- One to three years developing paid social creative
- Track record delivering measurable CTR, CVR, CPA, or ROAS results
- Portfolio featuring paid social and UGC-style ads
- Understanding of copy, hooks, framing, pacing, and storytelling
- Clear communication, organization, and time-management skills
