As a Software Engineer II, you will contribute hands-on to design, development, testing, and delivery within Mastercard's Decision Management program. The platform uses business rules, AI engines, streaming big-data technologies, in-memory data grids, APIs, and user interfaces. You will help deliver scalable decision-based products and support junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java application functionality
- Create unit, integration, and functional tests
- Own features through development, testing, and delivery
- Diagnose technical issues and solve complex problems
- Mentor junior engineers through guidance and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Solid Java programming and software development knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Spring and related Java frameworks
