As a Senior Specialist, Product Experience Design, you will support Mastercard Foundry's Services New Product Development team. Design concepts, prototypes, and MVPs for B2B and B2B2C data products. Work with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to test desirability, usability, and feasibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design proofs of concept and minimum viable data products
- Conduct user research and assist technical validation experiments
- Present complex data through meaningful, digestible product solutions
- Facilitate Design Thinking workshops with cross-functional partners
- Balance business objectives and user engagement with product managers
Requirements:
- Experience developing user personas and user journeys
- Experience with Lean UX and Design Thinking
- Experience creating usable, visually engaging prototypes
- Experience designing across multiple media
- Experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Illustrator
