Develop integrated financial models, scenarios, dashboards, and management reporting that improve visibility and decision-making. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate strategic priorities, investments, business cases, and resource allocation decisions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators across revenue, margin, operating expenses. Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team; set priorities, clarify accountabilities, and build strong business-partnering capabilities. Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across planning, reporting, and analytical processes.
- Commercial Finance & Controlling: Serve as the finance partner for Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and other functions on commercial strategy and execution. Co-Lead financial evaluation of pricing, discounts, rebates, promotions, customer programs, and commercial agreements to support profitable growth. Monitor revenue performance and customer, product, category, and channel profitability; identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions. Provide financial analysis for customer negotiations, new products, market initiatives, business cases, and other growth investments. Partner with Accounting and operational teams to support accurate revenue recognition, period-end closing, and reconciliation of commercial programs. Oversee intercompany and transfer-pricing arrangements in collaboration with relevant finance, tax, and legal partners. Own revenue and gross margin forecasting, partnering with commercial and operational teams to align volume, price, mix, customer-program, and cost assumptions. Strengthen financial data governance by establishing common definitions, reporting standards, controls, and ownership across finance systems and analytical tools.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
