    • Oversee intercompany and transfer-pricing arrangements in collaboration with relevant finance, tax, and legal partners.
    • Own revenue and gross margin forecasting, partnering with commercial and operational teams to align volume, price, mix, customer-program, and cost assumptions.
    • Strengthen financial data governance by establishing common definitions, reporting standards, controls, and ownership across finance systems and analytical tools.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • A professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA) or MBA is preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or corporate finance, including leadership responsibility.

  • Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability, with strong Excel skills and experience using enterprise planning, ERP, and data-visualization tools.
  • Strong people leadership, with a track record of setting priorities, developing talent, and building a high-performing team.
  • Commercial and strategic judgement, with the ability to connect financial outcomes to business drivers and recommend clear actions.
  • Strong governance mindset, with attention to accuracy, controls, documentation, and accountability.
