Assess property condition, cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation Identify trends in complaints, reviews, inspections, and performance data Set housekeeping and service-provider quality scores Develop preventive improvement plans and maintain operational SOPs Train providers and verify completed corrective actions Requirements:
