As Quality Assurance Manager, you will oversee property inspections, housekeeping quality, maintenance standards, and presentation. You will support consistent guest experiences across Corporate Stays apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor apartment quality across Corporate Stays' Canadian portfolio
- Review Breezeway inspections, checklists, photographs, and guest feedback
- Maintain apartment and vendor quality scoring systems
- Coordinate remote video inspections and local audits
- Prepare weekly reports covering results, issues, and corrective actions
Requirements:
- At least three years of relevant hospitality or property management experience
- Experience supervising quality across multiple properties
- Familiarity with inspection tools and property management software
- Strong English communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating remote teams and local service providers
