Own enterprise RBAC strategy at Marsh, applying identity governance platforms and access lifecycle expertise in a hybrid work model. This experienced lead will establish and develop Marsh’s global RBAC function. You will define the operating model, roadmap, governance, standards, and delivery outcomes. The work spans IAM, Cybersecurity, HR, Technology, business, risk, and compliance stakeholders across regions. Key Responsibilities:
Own RBAC strategy, governance, standards, processes, and performance Deploy RBAC where no formal framework previously existed Lead role discovery, design, approval, certification, and lifecycle management Oversee identity governance platform configuration and integration Develop regional employees and consultants across workstreams Requirements:
Five or more years leading enterprise RBAC or IAM initiatives Owned an RBAC function or enterprise capability Hands-on SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or Saviynt experience Expertise in provisioning, authorization, access reviews, and entitlements Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks Lead Marsh’s enterprise RBAC capability through strategy, platform delivery, governance, and measurable access management improvement.
