As an Actuarial Employee Benefits Associate, you will support Marsh's People & Investments business. You will deliver timely analysis for medical, dental, life, and disability programs. The work includes valuations, renewals, experience monitoring, and complex client analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-retirement and post-employment benefit valuations
- Validate data, set assumptions, and prepare reports
- Analyze quarterly experience monitoring reports and trends
- Lead group benefit renewals and marketings
- Review work and provide feedback to junior colleagues
Requirements:
- Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance, or related field
- Three to four years of related experience
- Employee benefits consulting or actuarial valuation experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
