Lead national customer strategy at Mars through exceptional sales leadership, strategic negotiation, and cross-functional partnership. This hybrid role includes approximately 20% travel in Quebec. As Director of National Key Accounts, you will lead four associates serving Mars’ largest customers, representing 80% of annual topline sales. You will partner with Marketing, Finance, and SRM to deliver business objectives. The role also contributes to the PSRO Leadership Team and owns the Step 2 Demand S&OP process. Success requires strong communication, customer development, financial controls, and sales forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies transforming the entire customer business Lead annual terms negotiations and cross-functional alignment Build relationships with key customer decision-makers Accelerate E-Commerce development for Royal Canin brands Provide customer sales forecasting by business segment Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or related field 10+ years of Sales experience, ideally in CPG, Pet, or Vet 2+ years of direct people management and team leadership Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills English and French bilingual proficiency is an asset Bring national account leadership, sales forecasting, and customer strategy expertise to Mars and Royal Canin’s largest relationships.
