As a Maintenance Stores Coordinator, you will balance part availability with cost optimization. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Reliability, and commercial teams. The position supports safety, quality, reliability, and Mars' Five Principles through organized stores management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all factory spare parts and tools
- Conduct stock checks and rationalize obsolete equipment
- Order quality parts at lowest possible cost
- Maintain safe, clean, hygienic warehouse conditions
- Lead kitting for planned maintenance jobs
Requirements:
- Experience in production or maintenance environments
- FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Experience with SAP-PM or similar systems
- Commitment to safety standards and Mars' Five Principles
