The Groups Reservations Coordinator works with the events team on wedding, banqueting, and group-related functions. You will assist Reservations Agents and the Owner Relations Manager when needed. Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing bookings, requesting deposits, and liaising with internal partners. Customer service experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, and multitasking ability are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support wedding, banquet, and group-related functions
- Request deposit payments and handle commission demands
- Use upselling techniques supporting revenue management strategies
- Communicate timely information with event and sales partners
- Monitor blocked space and group inventory
