The Groups Reservations Coordinator supports wedding, banqueting, and group events while assisting Reservations Agents and the Owner Relations Manager. The position handles inquiries, booking information, deposits, commission demands, and property details. Strong planning, telephone sales, and Microsoft Office skills support accurate service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, reservations, inquiries, and property information
- Manage group room and function diary inventory
- Coordinate with conference services, sales, and conveners
- Produce group pickup and cutoff reports
- Process booking information and monitor blocked space
Requirements:
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills
- Customer service experience with persuasive telephone sales skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to provide a satisfactory criminal record check
