As a Staff Software Engineer, you will work daily in complex processing systems that route and authorize card transactions. You will shape designs, mentor engineers, and guide technical direction while strengthening performance, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role requires expertise in Java, concurrency, performance, and reliable systems at scale. Key Responsibilities:
