  • Define and oversee web analytics tracking requirements, including event and conversion tracking, tagging plans, data layer requirements, taxonomy standards, consent considerations, implementation QA, troubleshooting, and ongoing measurement governance.
  • Provide expertise across web analytics and tag management platforms, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and related digital measurement technologies.
  • Guide reporting and dashboard solutions that bring together data from marketing, media, CRM, web, ABM, and other sources.
  • Partner with Marketing Technology & Operations, and client technical teams to define the data requirements and integrations needed for reporting and analytics.

  • Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery and solution-design discussions for analytics and measurement engagements.
  • Develop and coach Marketing Analytics talent.
  • Support team resourcing and delivery quality across analytics engagements.
  • Support new business and organic growth by contributing to analytics discovery, solution design, scoping, estimation, proposals, capabilities presentations, and client conversations.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, performance analytics, marketing measurement, business intelligence, marketing operations, or a related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of B2B performance marketing and media measurement.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel and performance metrics.
  • Deep expertise in web analytics and tag management.
