Markage is looking for a Workflow Support Specialist to join our fully remote Canadian production engine. This role focuses on keeping day-to-day operational workflows running smoothly and accurately.
You will work inside our internal systems and tools to execute process steps, update records, handle content and data tasks, and support quality checks. This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a practical operations role for someone who can follow processes carefully, write clearly, and use digital tools to maintain steady output.
You will support both self-service and enterprise capacity workstreams. Your work helps the production engine stay reliable so client-facing teams can deliver a consistent experience.
This position is ideal for someone who likes clear processes, takes ownership of assigned work, and performs well in a structured remote environment with measurable daily output.
Essential duties
- Execute assigned workflow tasks using internal systems and tools with accuracy and consistency.
- Update and quality-check operational records, documents, and content as required by production processes.
- Support client-facing teams by preparing materials, tracking status, and resolving routine workflow issues.
- Maintain organized records of completed work and flag process gaps for improvement.
- Follow established workflows and timelines to support reliable production output.
Essential requirements
- Demonstrated ability to follow digital processes and complete work accurately and efficiently.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, accurate output under volume.
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to sustain a high-volume workload in a remote environment.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
- Holds a valid Dex Professional Specialist Certification (DEX-PSP) in the Business & Office Operations domain.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in a workflow, operations, or production support environment.
- Experience working in a fully remote role with clear daily output expectations.
