Join the Operations team and report directly to the Logistics Manager. Your role will encompass daily activities in logistics and traffic, including order follow-up, shipment management, and reporting. You will work with internal systems, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for logistics and traffic teams
- Maintain accurate data on shipments and orders
- Prepare weekly reports on shipment statuses
- Track and organize operational information using Excel
- Identify and address shipment discrepancies promptly
Requirements:
- DEC in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient with systems and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills in logistics
- Excellent communication in French and English
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or EDI systems is a plus
