Mark Anthony Group is seeking a Beverage Technologist for its Product Development Department. This position combines sample preparation, formula development, specification work, sensory testing, and experiment support. You will communicate with flavor houses, ingredient suppliers, procurement, quality assurance, operations, and external stakeholders while supporting new product integrity and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop formulas and specifications for new products
- Communicate sample status and shipping progress externally
- Support product integrity and stability testing
- Design experiments and conduct Product Development research
- Collaborate with flavor houses and ingredient suppliers
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline
- Understanding of beverage product development and formulation
- Knowledge of sensory methods and product testing
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Desire for long-term product and flavor development work
