Marino's Automotive Group seeks a Service Advisor for its Service Department. You will assist customers attending appointments, answer concerns, and coordinate updates with Technicians. Attention to detail, time management, interpersonal skills, and customer service guide the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs during service appointments
- Answer customer questions and address repair concerns
- Coordinate with Technicians about appointment progress
- Keep customers updated on vehicle repairs
- Complete follow-ups about completed vehicle repairs
Requirements:
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Service Advisor experience considered an asset
- PBS DMS experience considered an asset
- Valid G class driver's license and clean record
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
