This experienced consultant will help position Maria Killam as an expert and strategic brand partner. The work spans partnership concepts, proposals, pricing, affiliate economics, and relationship development. You will create revenue channels while protecting the trust surrounding her intellectual property, education, products, courses, and targeted audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations alongside Maria Killam Inc. leadership
- Develop partnership proposals, structures, concepts, and pricing
- Build a prioritized pipeline of 50–100 aligned companies
- Recruit credible affiliates and create program processes
- Develop partnership strategy and operating documentation
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Experience originating and closing commercial partnerships
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Experience building or growing affiliate programs
- Understanding of brand equity, intellectual property, and attribution
