Lead portfolio performance and operating platforms at Marcon across Metro Vancouver’s income-producing properties, with Property Management and Hotel Operations leadership. Marcon seeks a Director to strengthen existing portfolio performance while building capabilities for future growth. Reporting to the Vice President, IPP & Hospitality, you will lead through the Regional Property Manager and Hotel Manager. The work spans financial discipline, scalable standards, technology practices, and operational readiness for new properties. Key Responsibilities:
Strengthen operating performance across multiple income-producing properties Establish scalable standards, systems, playbooks, and management practices Improve data, automation, systems integration, and AI-enabled tools Lead property mobilizations, openings, and development-to-operations transitions Strengthen accountability, leadership capability, and succession Requirements:
8–10+ years of progressive real estate operations experience Portfolio-level and people leadership experience across multiple properties Hospitality, asset management, development, or corporate development exposure Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and expense management capability Experience with Yardi, RentCafe, or comparable technology platforms Apply portfolio leadership, financial discipline, systems expertise, and operating knowledge to Marcon’s growing Metro Vancouver platform.
