The Opportunity We are looking for an accomplished Change Managerto join our team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.
As a key member of the Programme Management Office, the Change Manager is involved with the execution of global initiatives to drive operational efficiencies, enable business growth, mitigate operational risks and provide new sources of competitive advantage for our fund and fiduciary businesses.
The Change Manager effectively coordinates project teams and collaborates with stakeholders to solve challenges.
This role focuses on people and organisational impacts and applies change management concepts to ensure project success.
