As Head of Sales, you will lead five Sales Account Executives across assigned Canadian account territories. You will coach opportunity identification, management, and closing while supporting a rapidly growing sales team. Success requires consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales goals, a growth mindset, active feedback, and complex sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of five Sales Account Executives
- Coach AEs on identifying Canadian sales opportunities
- Guide opportunity management within assigned account territories
- Support AEs in closing complex sales opportunities
