This full-time role supports Maple's Channel Partnerships team and growing partner network. You will coordinate account operations, onboarding, reporting, troubleshooting, and partner communications. Success requires client-facing experience, strong organization, customer service instincts, and clear bilingual communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to partner questions and requests in English and French
- Coordinate onboarding, communications, eligibility updates, and administrative tasks
- Prepare and distribute accurate monthly partner reports
- Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate complex matters
- Maintain partner documentation and task tracking across internal systems
Requirements:
- At least one year of client-facing or similar experience
- Bilingual English and French verbal and written communication
