This Early Childhood Educator position develops and implements programs for children in a child care centre. The work includes creative activities, written observations, parent communication, and collaborative relationships with coworkers and community service providers. Experience is an asset, while College/CEGEP education is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs supporting children's overall development
- Communicate children's overall situations to parents
- Encourage creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and activity
- Engage children with stories, songs, and crafts
- Maintain environments protecting children's health, security, and well-being
