AutoCAD Event Operations Intern in Toronto

Use AutoCAD and spatial planning skills as an Event Operations Intern at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Support Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors game readiness.

MLSE seeks an intern enrolled in architecture, engineering, facility management, or a related field. You will help develop Event Ready documentation by connecting venue spaces, operational processes, assets, and stakeholder requirements. The work supports planning, onboarding, training, event-day execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed AutoCAD drawings and operational event maps
• Document back-of-house spaces, storage, staging, assets, and equipment
• Conduct venue walkthroughs and validate operational conditions
• Record Maple Leafs and Raptors configuration differences
• Maintain organized venue documentation and drawing libraries

Requirements:

• Current post-secondary enrollment in a relevant discipline
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and detailed floor plans
• Ability to interpret architectural and facility drawings
• Strong spatial awareness, organization, communication, and collaboration skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to conduct venue walkthroughs
