Coordinate ticket operations for MLSE in hybrid Toronto work, using Ticketmaster systems, event administration, and precise fan service. Support major sports venues and partners.
As a Ticket Operations Coordinator, you will administer ticketed events across MLSE venues, especially Host Sports and external partners.
Your work covers event builds, inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, troubleshooting, and event-day operations.
Collaboration with internal teams, promoters, Ticketmaster, and partners supports accurate execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer ticketed sports events across MLSE venues
- Execute pricing, barcoding, and mobile ticket event builds
- Manage inventory, fulfillment, refunds, and ticket replacements
- Coordinate presales, onsales, delivery, and show settlement
- Provide event reporting and timely partner support
Requirements
- Previous ticket operations and administration experience
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, and TM1 systems
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent administrative and computer skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
